Was 2017 the year we didn’t Google the obvious? Like how to become a racist?

Google tells us that the world’s quest for information (as manifest in its search questions) were basic and profound. How does one become a firefighter? Run for office? Be a good parent? And on and on and on.

I tell you what’s pretty striking about that list of questions.

No one seems to have asked Google search (or at least they’re not popularizing these questions):

how does one become a racist

how does one become a bigot

how does one become a man who’s insanely fearful that women may become too dominant?

Is that because we don’t need to ask such things, they’re within us and we just know?
