It’s coming up to the ides of March

In March 2018, it was frigging cold in DC.

It wasn’t cherry blossom season…yet.

But this year, Washington, D.C. is warm in the sunshine. And the ornamental cabbage is blooming fierce and proud.

“Beware the ides of March”: the warning is issued twice in Shakespeare’s play ‘Julius Caesar’. That was in the run-up to March 15, 44 B.C.
