Britain, like India, has its own NEET problem. Unlike the homophone, both problems are not neat but messy and resistant to ready solutions. Some see the leaked exam papers of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test as a sign of mismanagement of the Indian education system as a whole. As for Britain, it has a large and growing problem of young people who are Not in Employment, Education or Training.
